WEDDING PLANNING & DESIGN

The Wedding Planning & Design Package is perfect for couples who value their time and white glove service but are busy professionals who simply do not have the time required by wedding planning. WEDDING & EVENT MANAGEMENT

The Wedding & Event Management package (also called Event Coordination package) is for the couple who has planned most of their wedding details on paper, but still need practical, professional guidance in bringing it all together so that their wedding day tells a beautiful, cohesive love story!

  • This package begins at the 60-day mark prior to your wedding date. The package includes:

    • Initial Kick-Off Meeting & up to 5 Meetings before the event.

    • Custom Wedding Virtual Office

    • Up to 3 Vendor Communications & Management

    • Checklists & Assignments

    • Wedding Day Timeline Creation

    • Set up & breakdown of personal items

    • Full Wedding Day Management

    • And much more!


EVENT DESIGN

The Event Design package is a good fit if you need expert, creative design direction for your overall event vision. We create cohesive, elevated designs that are specially curated for your unique event.

  • This is an independent package but may be added to Event Coordination or other packages. It includes:

    • Design Deck of your entire event (pdf).

    • Fully Curated Mood Board to present the feel of your event with different design elements and textures to create an event that is unique and resonant.

    • Color Palette Development & Refinement to help you discover colors that are complimentary to your chosen event location.

    • Floor Layouts to establish a clear sense of station placement.

    • Recommendations for decor items & Rentals to narrow down hundreds of options and find decor items that align with your vision.

Please note: All holiday or holiday weekend weddings or events (including: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve/ New Year’s) will result in additional fees.

OUR INQUIRY PROCESS

We have simplified the process for you to find out if we may be a good fit for you and your event planning or coordination needs in three, easy steps:

  • If you like our offer and would like to check if we are a good fit and our availability, send us an inquiry below to schedule a quick complimentary consult. .

    We typically respond within 24-36 hours off season. Response times vary from 36- 48 hours during peak season.

  • During the consult, we go over the specifics of your wedding or event details. After the call, we send you a customized proposal with a quote.

    Upon acceptance of the proposal, we then send you a contract with our scope and terms of service, along with an invoice for the retainer. Your event date will be secured with us once we have received a signed contract and the retainer.

  • Once your date is secured with us, we reach out to discuss the planning or coordination process and timeline in detail. Depending on the package that best works for you, we may begin working on your Planning process in detail or start mapping out your Coordination Timeline so that you know what to expect and plan for it accordingly.

    We are here to serve as your constant, reliable resource to make your wedding and event planning a relaxing, joyful experience!

YOUR PLANNING EXPERIENCE

  • Phase 1: PLAN

    Once you are officially on our books, we start with an overall plan including discussions about budget analysis, venue options, and booking key vendors such as Venue, Caterer, Officiant, Photographer, Videographer, DJ/ Band, and Cake Baker.

  • Phase 2: CURATE

    When we have compiled your dream wedding vendor team, we move on to the aesthetics and all things pretty: Curated Design!

    This is when we select the vendors that help to beautify and elevate your wedding: floral designer, stationer, event rentals, lighting, etc. Once we have the required vendors in place, we create your Design Deck that will bring everything aesthetic together cohesively and serve as your design blueprint.

  • Phase 3: COORDINATE

    When all the aesthetic details have come together, it is time to start coordinating with all the vendors to complete the whole picture.

    This is the time when we formulate and customize the timeline and other logistic plans in accordance with the venue guidelines. We communicate with your caterer, photographers and videographers to ensure that the timeline resonates with their plans.

  • Phase 4: INDULGE

    Yay!! Your wedding month is finally here! This is the time when we are finalizing and confirming all the details.

    We send out layouts, timelines, and handle all your vendor communications. Our goal is for you to relax with all your questions answered, we will be your go-to person for your vendors (and sometimes family). This is the day that you’ve been anticipating for months! So sit back, sip your favorite drink and indulge!

    We will plan on a Ceremony Rehearsal and will be available throughout the day on your wedding day!
