We carefully deliberate and choose locations, lighting, composition, and styling to create a romantic, artistic, and timeless story of your wedding day that will last for ages.

PHILOSOPHY

What mostly inspires our design direction is the beauty of your love story. Additionally, we’re also inspired by fine art, culture, and the location of your celebration.

Taking cues from history and culture, we source our concepts locally and aim to replicate a similar atmosphere that made you fall in love with the location. So naturally, our main objective is to spend as much time on the little details as we do on the big ones to highlight your romantic love story.

We often look for and are drawn to non-wedding related details to pull inspiration. The opportunity to create a specific atmosphere and experience is not one we take lightly. We look at every moment, every corner, every hue of the color, and deliberate use of light as a chance for bespoke wedding detail.

We are endlessly inspired by the outdoors and drawn to the beauty of nature around us. As we coordinate your wedding, the end results reflect a fusion of your love story, fine art, and nature set on scenic backgrounds.

Welcome! I am a lover of life, music, reading books, audiobooks, travel, art, flowers, and chocolate. You know, the simple pleasures in life.

I am a wife to a wonderful, supportive husband, and a Mom to two beautiful, fun-loving daughters. I’m originally from South Africa, which is where my career in the Wedding Industry began. I led the Creative Design team and also managed the business finances in our small family Wedding Planning business. Making meaningful, authentic relationships has always been a huge contributor to the things I engage myself with and my time. That is why I love what I do! I love doing something worthwhile that will enhance people’s lives and their experiences.

When I’m not planning, designing, or curating something, I spend time with my beloved family outdoors exploring, cooking up a storm, traveling, or having dance parties!

About Ayanda

SEAFOOD IS MY HAPPY PLACE.

While I was in college, I worked in a seafood restaurant. I got exposed to a different culture that I absolutely fell in love with! To this day, the smell of fragrant garlic, zesty lemon, and freshly prepared seafood take me back to that restaurant. Such sweet memories!
I AM "THAT PERSON"

I’m that person that would walk up to a stranger and genuinely compliment them on their beauty, hair, and clothes.
I’m also that girl that would randomly pull over to pick flowers on the side of the road. No shame!
MUSIC LOVER. THROUGH & THROUGH!

I love, love music! It feeds my soul. There have been numerous hardships I’ve gotten through just because of music. Most of my happiest times and memories involve music as well. It can be so uplifting and riveting. I love it!!
I AM A WEDDING CRYER.

No matter how many weddings I’ve done, 9 out of 10 times you’d see me choke up at some point. Some of my favorite sweet wedding moments are intimate moments shared before or during the Ceremony, couple & Parent dances, heartfelt toasts. My left ear always itches right before I cry. Every. Single. Time.

OUR INQUIRY PROCESS

We have simplified the process for you to find out if we may be a good fit for you and your event planning or coordination needs in three, easy steps:

If you would like to determine whether we would be a good fit for you or to check our availability, send us an inquiry below to schedule a quick complimentary consult. .
We typically respond within 24-36 hours off season. Response times vary from 36- 48 hours during peak season.
During the consult, we go over the specifics of your wedding or event details. After the call, we send you a customized proposal with a quote.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, we then send you a contract with our scope and terms of service, along with an invoice for the retainer. Your event date will be secured with us once we have received a signed contract and the retainer.
Once your date is secured with us, we reach out to discuss the planning or coordination process and timeline in detail. Depending on the package that best works for you, we may begin working on your Planning process in detail or start mapping out your Coordination Timeline so that you know what to expect and plan for it accordingly.
